@ cscon.. i observed that skinless boiled potato shoots blood sugar through the roof, but when I cut a potato with skin and fried with a lot of oil, my ppbs was around 135.. a point to note.

They all convert into sugar once you eat

But you can eat sweet potatoes that does not convert into sugar
accepted., but for that moment., itdid the job.may be once in a way itsok.
Not regularly you can eat in a little quantity.
