In one of the two studies, blood sugar of mice in Spain went down for one group and there was no benefit in case of the other group. Now that is almost ten years ago. An aunt figure who has been giving out aloe vera plant as gift to diabetics, claims 100% success. (On getting a plant as gift from her, I read in a scientific paper that 5% develop allergic reaction). In any case, I have, through diet and physical activity, brought my blood glucose average from slightly over 285 to 126 without any drugs.
