Methi is not cure for joint pain.. Considering your age, arthritis could be the reason for knee joint pain. And if it is arthritis then it can't be cured. Better consult Orthopaedic Surgeon or rheumatologist.

Are you diabetic?

Reduction of blood sugar to a normal level may help to alleviate your joint pain. Knee pain is caused by trauma, misalignment, and degeneration as well as by conditions like arthritis.

Consult your family doctor.

Joint pain is a very common problem affecting the middle-aged and the aged. It is basically a symptom and not a disease. Joint pain may be defined as the inflammation of the bursa (a fluid filled space that provides cushioning to the structure of the joint. Osteoarthritis (a degenerative joint disease) is a result of trauma to the joint, infection of the joint, or age. Other arthritis forms are rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and autoimmune diseases in which the body attacks itself. Septic arthritis is caused by joint infection. Gout is another form of arthritis, caused by deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint, causing inflammation.

If you are diabetic then sugar and allopathic drugs - side effects may also be playing their role as they put a lot of strain on whole body nerves.

Certain scientifically developed and tested neutraceuticals made with herbal extracts help support healthy joints and connective tissues in the body.

I have been using the Joint pain supplements for my mother (70+) and a cousin (28+) for couple of months.

And a diabetic friend of mine is using diabetes formulation (from the same company) regularly for around 8-9 months with complete relief from bodyache and lethargy developed from diabetic medicines. HIs dosage of allopathic medicine has also reduced.

Yes ,methi is quite good for joint pains n even for diabetes .But methi is not the treatment for joint pains .You must visit an orthopedicispecialist for correct diagnosis n treatment .It can be osteo-arthritis,rheumatic arthritis or any other condition related to knees. Sooner d diagnosis n treatment ,better it is otherwise sometimes 'knee replacement" like surgery becomes inevitable .
