What is LCHF and how it is measured in diet. Can u explain in practical way bcoz a layman does not understand what diet contain how much LCHF.

There may be very small benefit for some people. But these kind of supplementary medicines have limitations and side effects too. Some may benefit from these up to certain limit. But one can not use it as alternative to diet and drugs.
