already low car diet.Total cholesterol 185 mg -HDL 51mg--LDL117 mg--TRIGLYCERIDES 93mg--TC/HDL RATIO 3.6 --LDL/HDL RATIO 2.3--VLDL CHOLESTEROL 18.53 HbA1c--6.7.

Carb less than 100gm

Yes type 2. Last 8 months on low carb diet.Had MELENA ( DUODENAL ULCER )due to prolonged usage of Ecosprin. July 2013. Now stopped. Then how to maintain cholesterol? My age is 54 and diabetic for the past 10 years.

Now taking Gluconorm PG 1 in the morning and night. Diavit in the morning. Tg Tor 20 at night.
