I am a sugar patient since 20years and under control by melmet 500 tab.suffering from arthritis .plz advise a treatment suiting both .

In my experience,body weight is a common factor in both diabetes and arthritis.Please check yourself in this regard.Even if you can reduce weight by about 5 kg (if feasible)over a period of few months,you will not only get significant result,but also your other efforts such as diet management and exercise will give you better results.

Thank you sir for your suggestion...My weight is 65 kg,height is 5ft 4inches.and I am 62 years old.I am a yoga practitioner.My arthritis started when I had suffered a problem of muscle tearing in my calf muscle.Please help me with your advice.
