Does anyone know the english name of the Indian fruit "ber"?? How many can be eaten in one go by a diabetic? Ty.
"Ber" is Plum.Take only the green round ones which are tangy/sour, not the oval one which is sweet. Take blackberries instead.
One fifth of Ber consist of carbohydrates so eat in modest quantity in place of other carbohydrates.
