All this is a waste of your time. Reduce inrake of carbs and exercise regularly. This will resolve 80% of your oroblem. Balance you can make up with mild meds.

5 cup water is insufficient. In my blog it was written 5 glass of water means approx. 1 to 1.25 liter and heating the mix for 10 minutes.

I tried the formula. It was useless. Sugar level increased after taking it.
