Please guide me how to bring to normal status,

I have diabetes since 1979. I am now taking Pyoz MF G 2 one in morning and one in night before food. My sugar level is around 200 in accu
Just for starters,
1) Get a Glucometer.
2) Take readings BBF, 2 hrs after BF, before Lunch, 2 hrs after Lunch, Before dinner, 2 hrs after dinner, for a start. Note down the readings along with the food that you have eaten.
3) Based on above, start eliminating foods that raise your sugar high replacing them with low-effect foods ( non-root vegetables, eggs, chicken, etc).
Take a look at Low-Carb Diets & if u can get it, try reading Dr Bernstein's Diabetes Solution , I remember, someone here, having uploaded a pdf version of it here. If you can afford to buy it, go for it, worth the money. You might even find your readings dropping, just by reading it :-D.

4) Read the composition of your medicines. Google for the side effects of the components & observe your body yourself. If u find any side effects, immediately report to your doctor & get the medicine changed.
5) Look at the posts of medfree & ShooterGeorge in this forums.
6) Check if you have any vitamin, mineral, deficiences ( specially D). If yes, get it balanced.
6) Finally, You, Your Diet, Walking, Exercise, Glucometer, Your Doctor and Medicines, not necessarily in the same order :-;.

Note : Keep a watch out for Low-sugar with Glucometer, if you implement the above & reduce your medicines in consultation with your doctor. Request you to do things gradually, as Low-sugar can be very dangerous.

Oops, am not a Doctor. Someone, just like you, who has been there & is still there. Had it almost under control with Dr Bernstein's book, by myself, but then you know, lack of discipline :-(.
