SR-500 mg twice a day.My FBS/PPBS is 110/145 presently & my weight is 76 kg & I take regular fast walk of 4 km every day.Is this dizzyness due to mismatch of medicine dose?

get your blood pressure checked if you not have done it, sometimes bp being low can cause dizzyness.
Have your blood pressure checked at frequent intervals during the day.
