Dears, today morning 5am I woke up to low sugar symptoms, shivering etc.I tested my FBS was 104, which I is normal level. why such symptom?

I know one of my colleague of about 50 years of age get nervous in office suddenly very often.It is a real low BS. When measured the BS would be around 120.Consuming sugar will immediately mitigate the problem.The Dr. said this is a peculear case where Bs level showing high and getting low sugar simptoms .And cannot be genaralised.
