Which tree gum we should use? Coz many trees which produce gum..is this any specific tree?
Would you please mention as to what would be the benefit of the gum for diabetes ?

Right sir bt after reading ur all article..mention abut cyamopsis tetragonolobus (guvar) gum...and i also searh in many pansari shop dey have only two type of gum on is (goond kaitra) & second one dat u telling bt babul & neem bt they have mix tree gum...
After lot of search finally i decide dat go with green cyamopsis tetragonolobu...coz mix tre gum my be risky..&after discussing with lot of pansari shop keeper dey say u can use mix tree gum after rost it...bt when i say after boiling dey say de have no idea...
If i say him i only need babul or neem tree gum then dey say ...." we dont sure dat it 100% neem and babul tree gum coz we by it from various dealer....they say u can use it by roste it coz in punjab many people use it in winter during making "panjiri"
One more question sir can we also use "ashwgandha" in dis??

dear one ! all the ayurvedic herbs have significant uses, applications and doses.it depends on the purpose. as far as gum is concerned i have used around 20 type of gums for various disorders. one common feature of almost all gums is these are aphrodisiac.the patients of sellulose and colestrol shlould avoid these (except Rumi mastagi which is used for piles and some other deseases). and these are not to be taken as single drug. for example it is generally eaten in winter as gond ke laddu along with a lot of other herbs and ghee.
in summer the Gond Kateera is a best eatable to protect the body from the ill effects of season. I will be in a position to recommend you some specific gums for specific disorders if you specify the desease.! twmagdashchar!

Hi dr. ramesh agrawal: I am taking Arabic Gum and since I am diabitic, I take metformine 2550mg daily plus herbs like Gymnema, Fenugreek , vitamins E,C&K, in addition to minirals (chromium piccolonate, selenium, magnisium, zinc.). I find the arabic gum helps my kidneys with all the above stuff. I do not know if Arabic gum has negative effect on my cholestrol? Your advice please.
in my humble opinion it is metformin which is preventing the side effect of gum arebic or it may have suited your physic.if it is not doing any harm and helping you then continue it. since you have made it more ambigous by consuming all this and that you cant be sure of what is actually responsible for this progess arrest if there is any. to get out of confussion i suggest you to adopt a single drug therapy for a fortnight e.g. get purest quality Kalaonji Oil from hyderabad or pakistan read the directions and follow them. you will have to dicard one item and feel the difference for one or two days , if you feel no change deduct one next item again feel the effect if the feeling is decline in health start that item , discontinue another items one by one. self observation is very important donot forget.
