I am diebetic last 6 years I take glimistar 2 but this time my sugar level 160 and after meal above 200 . I want to leave drugs

Pls. suggest : on LCHF diet in simple words to take for Break Fast - Lunch - Dinner with in between snacks for a Chronic Diabetic Patient, since 20 years controlling sugar level with heavy dosage of medicines and HM 50 - 60 units per day, obese with 105 kg.,more with non active life-style, doing computer work. Your advice will be helpful all to take LCHF on daily routine to control sugar level n decrease medicine/insulin.
Hi decentsmart, I remember to have been responded to an earlier question from you. If you had taken up LWMDR then on, you would not have had to ask this question now, for sure. Some person who started LWMDR after that have already reported blood sugar decrease. You can see reduction on a weekly basis if not on a daily basis. This is the experience of many people elsewhere.
I am sure, LCHF also would have been suggested to you by somebody here. That also will control blood sugar for obvious reasons; my doubt is only on the matter of CURE.
