I was taking pioz mf 7.5, but for last 10 days I left the same, my fpbs-98 and ppbs128 without medicine, is it necessary to take medicine?

Pioz has been banned worldwide due to liver & kidney toxicity & now for some months it is banned in India as well. Your sugar level seems normal but better still go to your regular physician and seek his final consultation. He may prescribe you an alternative medication, if required. What is your HB1AC by the way?

your blood sugar is nearly normal. Try to control by diet only

I think you are doing quite well.Diet and regular exercise with regular home monitoring should enable you to avoid medication aitogether.
