Dear Ragavendra gaaru! First you much feel yourself pleased for having the problem of diabetes at a very late stage as against many of others who would have faced it at a very young age.. In other words you must certainly thank the divine power. Now let me come to the second vital point at issue. According to my limited understanding the negative issue of facing sexual problem of improper erection should have arisen due to natural lack of stamina (it may be due to many reasons including age factor) and also due to the effect of diabetes certainly to a certain extent if not to the fullest extent.. Now Shall I give my own version of probable solution?1) Be always active duly keeping away unwanted and avoidable comforts.2) Remain always fit physically and mentally. For me and again according to my limited understanding it is normally not possible to remain physically fit unless and until one remains mentally fit in almost all aspects. This is certainly possible if you continue to make achieving of sense of well being as your life mission. Then how could this be achieved? BY CONSTANTLY TRYING TO SHARE OTHERS FEELINGS AND SUFFERING AND AT THE SAME TIME TRYING TO SHARE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS WITH OTHERS. These things would certainly give you the required overall vitality.(this is in addition to the intake of medicines) And finally before going for third source of gaining sexual vitality and energy like Viagra and so on you may think twice before going for it. Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. It will affect SEX life also, if diab is not contained. Diab impairs the glucose (SUGAR) & oxygen supply to ALL CELLS of the patient. You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.

The answer is Not to go for Vigor tabs.
You have to bring the Blood sugar under control by getting admitted to Hospital with DM specialist for 3 or 5 day.
. When your sugar is brought under controll you will become all right over the period of time-3 months or more or even less depending on your body response.and cure of your affected organs and immunity imporvement.
Because of Diabetic you are affected by Neuropathy and some tomes kidney infection causing swelling or your PENIS looses ELASTICITY.and blood floe is affected preventing erection In addition if you take Vigor tabs you may get stiffness. But, in the long runyou will be affected by Artheritis at joints.and you may loose flexibilty and later serious consequences.
