As I normally take a Diabetic Tablet but in between I feel very tired and sweating through out of the body why is it so any remedy ..

please check the sugar level ( by glycometer ) while sweating and consult doctor .

You should Self Monitor you Blood Glucose specially before meals and at bedtime as you may suffer from Hypoglycemia[ usually Blood Glucose < 70 mg/dl]- which is more dangerous than high blood sugar. Drugs like Metformin does not cause Hypoglycemia when used alone.
