Your sugar levels are in normal range with a certain level of exercise, diet control and particular dosages of medicines. You will have no risk of hypoglycemia, unless you somehow indulge in unusually high physical activity or your food intake is delayed or curtailed due to some reason. The point is,the diabetic medicines are quite powerful and they continue to push down the sugar levels beyond the acceptable lower range, unless you consume your normal food at set intervals.

When you are on medicine and if you are forced starve or delay your food (fort reason beyond your control) hypo is a possibility. Try to avoid such situations. For emergency keep some sugar with you.

For a person taking medicines for diabetes, the chance of getting hypoglycemia CAN NOT BR RULED OUT. This is one of the reasons why I decided to take an unbeaten track. It paid back by curing my diabetes. Please read more at appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel...
