I use Diabecon DS tablet of H..imalaya drug co in the morning & one on the evening.The drug is effective if diet & excercise is strictly followed in the preliminary stage.FS <130 PP 160

I started taking Himalaya's TC/Tinospora Cordifolia about a fortnight ago; give it a shot for 3 to 6 months; then undergo tests to observe pancreas functioning or overall BG levels. I presume there'd be no side-effects thru consuming TC. God bless us ALL with good health.

I also take YESAKA of Simandhar Herbal Pvt. Ltd. , A-741, T.T.C. Thane-Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai-400705 - it's particularly for Pancreas re-energizing, activation or whatever enhancement possible; give ti a shot; a friend consumed it and narrated miraculous results; to be taken on empty stomach, twice daily. This person also suggested mix of 1 'Karela' (bitter gourd) and 2 tomatoes juice on empty stomach. Here his facial expressions were of fantastic results for pancreas. I took this combination for 4 days; got lethargic (my stupidity) and now am again thinking of getting serious on this formula and would soon begin, for at least 1 month; I also purchased "KRILL OIL" capsules of Nature's Bounty; also purchased "Ginkgo Biloba" tablets of Nature's Bounty. Also of same Co. (all these available in my neighborhood at retail outlet of "Nature's Basket" a div. of Godrej industrial group. Also purchased by me are Aloe Vera Caps. and Neem caps, both of Nature's Bounty. USA imported stuff but just giving it all a shot!!!!! I skip and take these every alternate days out of fear of any unnecessary complications; Also 'Cow Urine', this from Patanjali Ayurved. I take 15 to 20 ml. daily, once only, in evenings around 6 p.m.
