My left shoulder is freezing is it due to diabetes or anyway . pl suggest me remedies

Heart attack should be ruled out first. If you have profusely perspired without any cause, then heart attack is suspected. If so, you should take 150 mg of aspirin: delayed release (Ecosprin: brand name) and get admission to the hospital within 3 or 4 hours for testing your blood sugar level, ECG and blood tests for cardiac markers (Troponin, CK (MB) etc.. Since you are a diabetic patient, you will not feel any chest pain.
If your left shoulder pain is of a chronic nature, your have to control blood sugar strictly and undergo physiotherapy treatment.

It is a common problem that many diabetics face,but it is not serious.It is extremely painful.I visited a ageneral hospital and consulted orthopedic surgeon.For about a week,I underwent physiotheraapy and was also taught some execises including weight training with 2 kg weight.I continued with the exercises at home until I got complete relief.You have to visit a good hospital with a good physiotherapy lab.
