my wife is suffering from d/m .she is taking glimipride2mg & metformin500 mg .she feels palpitation & dizziness after taking the medicine.

Test your wife's blood sugar using glucose meter. Hypoglycemia is suspected.

please consult your doctor but according to me she is getting into hypoglucomia i mean her blood sugar level is going down might be the medicine strength has to be reduced
