Make her habit of drinking light hot water 1-1.5 litre in the morning before brush mandatorily after 6 moths you will see positive improvement.
Also morning walk 30-40 minutes brisk walk compulsory, can give her amla+alovera+green Papaya+ jamun juice 1 glass before 20 minute of taking any food.

it is really very sad to have a dibetes in very young age but now there is no meaning to be disaaponinted. i m insulin dependent since the age of 29 yrs (diagonised in feb.2008) and taking insulin twice a day regulary and follow the diet plan strictly. pl. refer to some good endocrinologist or dibetologist. i have also experience of homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine but i never suggest it to you because i no any benifit frim them. by alopathy my
hb a1c is 5.8 which is almost normal and i enjoy my life without any problem.if you go to any another doctor of homeopathy or ayurved they will never tell you that their medicine will not help you, they always claim that their medicine is the best to help you. this is my personal experience. and as far as the fear of side effects of insulin is concerned who knows that ayurvedic medicine are 100% free from side effects? any thing you enter in your body, the body will react for the same may be the effect may be different for different people.
