The high fat diet in the long run doesn't affect the cardio vascular system??

Is he the only case on which this concept is based, fat as such doesn't cause cvd? Most cardiologists wouldn't advise such a diet, but maybe fats become dangerous when the carbs cross a certain limit. Only after a long term period on many individuals can one draw such conclusions. Hv heard abt LCHF before too. For a diabetic, it definitely sounds good. Even if fat were to cause harm, it wud be far less compared to high sugars, if carbs are high in a diabetic.
