Any one knows about Stem cells therapy to cure Type-1
Along with other treatments why not you try the GEM Diet also. Details are at appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel...
or
please read MY REPLIES part 1 & 2 to question AT diabetesindia.healthunlocke...
Currently, the majority of clinical trials evaluating stem cell therapies to treat type 1 diabetes explore the use of hematopoietic stem cells from the bone marrow or mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow or other tissues.

As I have told the formulae used for finding eAG/ABG are linear but hardly any natural system is linear. Hence a mismatch is inevitable.
My PPBS of 105 is much different from ABG of 126 calculated from A1c of 6 simply because the formulae used are applicable only to diabetic people.
Did you see my HbA1c and PPBS of January 2009? Then I was diabetic. That is my first HbA1c test. What is your opinion about those values (A1c 6.3% and PPBS 163)?
From the fact that my PPBS is less than the one expected by an expert like you, how did you conclude that my "D" is not cured? I feel you want to stress that "D" is incurable & are trying to find cooked-up arguments.
I have no comments on the "CHEATING" business. I get my blood tested to assess my health. There are dozens of labs in my town but I go to a lab 10 km away to test in an ISO, NABL & ACHSI cerified lab.
6.3 was when I was diabetic. That is why when we use any of the three formulae (ADAG, DCCT or NATHAN'S) get an eAG & PPBS close values.
I do not say that A1c moving from 6.3 (or any other value) to 6.0 is called curing diabetes. I say diabetes is cured when:
HbA1c is normal, 4.2-6.4% without medicine & diet control
FBS is normal, 70-110 ...... without medicine & diet control
PPBS is normal, <140........ without medicine & diet control
OGTT is normal ................ without medicine & diet control
In my case these have happened & continue for 4 years now.
I can not agree with the argument that "no NON DIABETIC would hit 6.0" because the test report issued to me by the nationally & internationally certified lab says:
Normal 4.2-6.4%
Good diabetic control <7.0%
Fair control 7.0-8.0%
Poor control >8.0%
Numbers are certainly important. That is why I have showcased those. The same is the reason why I told 125, 125.5 & 126 are different. (ADDG formula for eAG =
HbA1c X 28.7 - 46.7 = 125.5, it is neither 125 nor 126. Truncating will give 125 and rounding off will give 126. Which process is right.)
Can you please give a reference to the statement "Non Diabetic A1C runs below 5.7 in fact they are well below that."
