Consuming more tablet is not advisable. Since the tablet sediments were accumulated in our kidney. Kidney failure doesnot happens by Diabetes, its only because of more consuming of Tablets.

tablets may cause kidney damage. But mind you uncontrolled diabetes is more harmfil than tabs. Diabetes itself is potential threat to kidney .test your urine for microalbumin which shows the earliest sign of renal damage.

Like any other medication,there is possibility of side effects with diabetic medication also.The doctor whom I consult conducts annual comprehensive tests to rule out any adverse effects on the kidney,liver, lipid profile,BP etc.So far,I am OK.
