Any diabetologist will test you for kidney function, liver function,ECG,BP,albumin, creatine, lipid profile etc at prescribed intervals to see if any adverse effects are noticed because of medication. If you notice any changes in your body functions you have to report all those to the doctor and obtain suitable advise.I think we should be satisfied with that procedure.

My experience as a diabetic since 2 & 1/2 decades having allopathic meds indicates damage to vital organ like kidney (high creatinine value). Now the drugs have been changed otherwise my doctor is advocating for Insulin injections. I am looking for alternate medicine therapy.
