my bl sugar level is 101 pre parndal and 139 post parndle can I take Sugar free substitute for tea or coffee only

It has been reported, but I ain't any Doctor or expert to endorse; however, sugar-free substitutes cause nerve damage in the long-run. consult, cross-check and intensely verify form as many as possible, or write to intl. mfrs. - go online, send them mails and aks them to be honest

With diabetes medicines, you can control sugar levels as it is seen that they are in controlable levels. But if you want to avoid sugar ofr coffee or tea, better not take them, but avoid artificial substitutes.

Your fasting blood sugar is normal. (According to the WHO, fasting blood sugar level up to 110 mg/dL is normal)

Your post-prandial blood sugar is also normal. (i.e., less than 140 mg/dL)

You have no diabetes mellitus. You can use sugar substitute in tea or coffee (except aspartame).

* achieve and maintain healthy body weight;

You can take sugar free tea, coffee or oats (one cup) with milk added.

Oats are generally considered "healthful", or a health food, being touted commercially as nutritious. The discovery of their healthy cholesterol-lowering properties has led to wider appreciation of oats as human food.

All Sugar free - substitutes of sugar are slow poison and they are one for causing Type 2. You seem to be normal in FBS nd PP. You can take two cups of coffee or tea with sugar just enough for taste . In my opinion no harm. If sugar level increase better to avoid or drink tea with lemon and cinnamon with stevia which was reported in this forum to be the safer one among all. Do regular exercise or walking for 25 to 45 minutes or join JIM. In case you are not on medicine or a beginer try with a good doctor Herbal medicine. Diet is essential. Best wishes.
