Chlorestrol and sugar combined effect you want to know? Get a tea spoon ful of sugar and a tea spoon ful of ghee and vigourously mix them. You will find they will bind and form a sticky substance that will not be easier to clean your finger if you tough it. This is what happens with Chlorestrol and sugar taken and the formed substance sticks in every part of the body specifically blood vessel, heart valves, intricate memberences of kidney that seoerate urine from blood, sicks inside brain's blood vessels that reduces blood supply to brain causing stroke and eath.As for ladies finger I am not experienced it and so unable to comment.
