I have recorded my fasting sugar for last 10 months. It ranges between 120-140. not changed beyond that limit. Not taking any medication.

Bit of stretch exercise 4-5 days a week for abt 30 mins. Diet less sugar and rice. seek additional advice.

You have made Two mistakes. You should have consulted a diabetologist the moment you notice sugar problem and got his advice. Next is that you have been reading your fasting sugar only. You should have observed your postprandial sugar levels and your last 100 days sugar management by undergoing HbA1C tests.Consult a good doctor and get your self corrected.

thanks for the reply. ppbs checked abt three to four times in last ten months. ranges between 135-155. maintaining monthly fasting record. changed eating habits. hesitant to start medication because they once you start you got to go on for ever.
