i can hardly do aerobic exercise for 3 mts after that my toes thumb starts aching which is persisting on both toes from last 45 days or so other exercisre and few yogs i am doing from last few yrsbut tummy not much sinking .

It is better u must do simply yoga excercises bending front portions and back portions firstly u start for simple 5 to 10 minutes and gradualy increases it to how much time u may possible spent.
2 If u R free or not hard working person u may early morning going to walk for atleast 30 minutes per day u need not seen others fast Your capacity how much possible fast u may do Becvause every peson body not at all similar Some persons hand and leg is so long they may used steps long and they may possible to brisk walk past than others So u need not worry about others Totally when u stop the walk at least some of dust (in Kannada BEVARU ) water to be comes and your banians and face and innerside of your body water comes from skin.
