daily exercise, morning walk, yoga, no external sugar intake are sufficient for managing bsl?at what interval the bsl should got checked? i

Whether you take sugar or not, the whole food you take gets converted it self into glucose in your digestive system.Mere avoiding sugar in raw form will not help. Get a diabetologist and have advices from him. Daily execrise and morning walk will ensure that excess sugar in terms of colories are spent, thus reducing your sugar level. As for Yoga, I am unable to advise you as I am not a believer in it.
