Urethrus structure

Dear brothers I am 54 years old and problem for frequent urination.Doctors diagnosed a short circumference of bulbous uritherus structure.Dr.advised visual internal urthrotomy and urethral dilitation.Is there any medicine for this.I will be thankful for quick reply

It not structure, it is stricture. No other option than the doctor suggested you. Please go ahead before your kidney gets damaged.
