Mateus, hi, I have type 2 diabetes for over 12 years now. I haven't been doing well sticking to my diet so my count has been high. Well, now I have lung cancer and I need to get with the program if I want to be around for awhile. I stay away from anything "white" meaning, bread, pasta, suger and try to keep the carbs low. My last bloodwork came back great, only 78 glucose! It's not easy, that's for sure. I haven't heard about green coffee, just tea. You get that from a health store?
Hi matru13, we are using grean thea andor nippontea with cinnamon after food. It seems decrease (or normalise) blood sugar. It is worth to try.
