Diabetes itself can cause permanent nerve damage where the popular medications don't help. There are several answers from surgery implants to direct chemical aides (needle or small pellet insert). I guess the simplest is a medical device that vacuums the penis to an erect state & then use a small rubber band. Just don't miss out on one of lives pleasure. Also check out the prostrate and keep ones sugars in range. By the way I am 67 and don't think of myself as a senior, just someone with a strong libido.
