Ii have seen 02 comrades die due to drinking spirits against their doctor's and friend's advice.they seem to have been frustrated by their wives attitude.however alcohol taken in small amounts does not seem to have effect like a glass or two.

if you take little alcohol it has no harm, but the problem is that when you take alcohol you are likely not to control you self and end up drinking more. most alcoholic drinks contain substances like barley which rises blood sugar in a second. it can even cause one to go in coma so please you better leave completely .
