Try using one of the vagina gels, available in pharmacies. They will lubricate the vagina and ensure smooth intercourse.

Take a lot of water before intercourse and ensure foreplay to be prepared.

Hallo dear sorry about that but if you can treat diabetes first and make it normal that problem will be solved and also help balance your hormones it is due to hormonal imbalance so for the hormones to balance you need to do what i have just shared and if interested contact me on +256787492900/ +256703065754 or kakandegladys@yahoo.com.

Dear Olimara,

Sorry for what you are experiencing, I have gone through the same but I got help when I bought a K-Jelly. It can be obtained from a pharmacy.

Thank you

Dear Olimara,

I can assure you that the two main points made in the four responses above -- good foreplay and use of water-based lubricants -- are true. These are two of the things we did to overcome this problem in our marriage. Further, we told ourselves that this dryness is a natural thing that comes with age yet, and we needed to recognize that we owed it to each other to expend every effort to ensure that each one's partner's need for sexual comfort/pleasure was provided to the best of our abilities and circumstances. We reminded ourselves that lovemaking is one of the most significant ways of expressing the depth of our love for each other. Doing things for each other -- the "little" things -- brings us close and improves arousal which, in turn, makes it easier for my wife's own natural lubricants to flow..........

I wish you spectacular success.

Dear Olimara, do not feel worried about that, if you control your blood sugar to the required level your body fluids will be retained to at least 80%, so before going for sex intercourse make sure you control your blood sugar levels to normal and more so it is not only about sex, all the time always keep your blood sugar levels to normal or almost to normal. this helps not to cause damage to your organs like the brain, lungs, heart, eyes, vagina, penis , liver and others. more so you can use vagina gels but before that seek medical advise because some gels like those having sulfur in them can cause skin irritations on diabetic people. good day dear

thanks a lot for the advice.psychology plays a lot in the sex drive.your partner must be made to understand your dilemma so that the game can be successful.the fore play the maintenance of the mood and climax must be for both not one.it becomes boring and disgusting which may lead to blame and ultimate scorn due lack of satisfaction.
