Hello,

You have very interesting questions?

What you need to do is, eat small meals, say evening meal before 7 PM, breakfast 10 AM and lunch say 1 PM. The longer delay between evening meal and breakfast is better.!!

Go for blood collection in the morning, say fasting blood collection.

Sleep can be a problem, BP medication?

The best way to control food is to have a small dish, serve your food and do not go for any more, count any nuts you eat?

No food after dinner, only water.

You can buy Sri Lankan cinnamon stick, boil a small portion, drink one glass beforte going to bed and another glass in the morning.

Give it a try, this has helped me.

Good luck.

Boiled cinnamon water has a lot of health benefits. Cinnamon powder is also available, mat not be pure. You can buy Sri Lanka Cinnamon stick in many places in UK.

Take care.
