Hi! I'm a 25 y/o type 1 diabetic. I've struggled with management for 10+ years.
Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises, treatments, supplements that will help the circulation in my lower extremities?
Will continue to work on my management and getting my A1C down. But wondering if I can do something in the meantime to help. Wounds on my legs and feet take forever to heal.
I hate myself for getting to this point but I'd like to make a proactive change sooner rather than later.
