Do you use 'apps' to manage your depression? e.g. "My Journey", "Mind Games" "Depression CBT"?

I use my common sense to manage mine, if Im not interested in, many things, why would iuse a app, or have one for instance???

I agree absolutely, apps are for people who have the energy to keep up to date with everything and not for the vast majority of people who are depressed - how out of touch can you get! Sadly I no longer find this website as helpful as it was.

However, I use a brilliant, customisable program, also available as apps - Optimism.exe, which I'm finding really helpful for monitoring and encouragement.

I would have picked this option but it wasn't included- Yes, and I have found a few to be useful. Surprisingly, I find the most help from audible e-books. There are some great ones out there.
