Implants versus Bridges

I am a dental phobe - I need work done and dentist says implants are best but it is possible to have bridges.

I know implants are probably best option but I need to have the work done asap and the thought of numerous visits over a course of weeks etc. freaks me out just wish it could all be over and done with.

Anyone got experience with implants or bridges

I have got my dental implant over a year ago. I had an accident where I slipped and fell and knocked out one of my teeth. After that, I was having concerns regarding my appearance. I visited my dentist and he made me aware of the options available. After considering the durability and cost I decided to go with dental implants( guelphfamilydentistry.ca/de... ). After careful examination of my head, jaw and teeth titanium like a screw was placed into my jawbone beneath the gum tissue. After a couple of months, the implants would bond with the bone and attach to the gum as the tissue heals. After the tissue has healed a bridge was built to reconnect the replaced teeth to the bridge. And an artificial tooth is made, is implanted as a replacement to the bridge.

The teeth were just like natural teeth and these implants could be cleaned by either flossing or brushing. Regular checkups are important to make sure that there is no problem in your bite.
