Sore and bleeding gums

Hi Zathy , it is very important to consult your dentist at the first sign of bleeding gums. Bleeding gums can affect your overall health and you have to seek proper gum treatment ( drpaulsdentalclinic.com/per... ).
Hi Zathy. I had a very similar problem. Make an appointment with your dentist asap. They performed a deep clean to remove all my plaque over 2 sessions and gave me some antibiotics to kill all the bacteria inside my gums. Since the treatment my gum bleeding has stopped. The key is to ensure you use toothfloss properly and a good quality mouthwash daily.
Ignore advice about mouthwashes. Effective brushing and interdental cleaning with either floss or interdental brushes are important. Mouthwashes can mask problems and cause staining! Sounds like you need a deep clean and if gums are sore you could have something called ANUG (Google it)
I would visit your dentist asap, ignore bleeding when cleaning. Only mouthwash I would ever recommend is Peroxyl by colgate and never for more than a week. This is helpful in cases of ANUG(acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis)
Don't leave it too late as there comes a point when teeth can't be saved if gum disease too far gone.
