I've turned into a bit of a food geek and I've just discovered an app which analyses my food diary and shows, amongst many other things, methionine, calcium and sodium intake. If anyone is interested, it's called Cronometer.
I'm trying (like many of us) to reduce my methionine by reducing my animal protein using the 60/40 animal/plant ratio, but now that I have this app to count for me does anyone know what sort of ballpark figure of methionine (in grams) we should aim to keep below?
