I began reading this magazine when my Dad's PD doctor gave him a copy about 8 years ago. It puts a face on PD and other neurological problems and gives a format to voice your concerns. It has a section at the back that lists resources for a wide number of organizations.

I love it. It has helped me with Dad's Parkinsons, and my own migraines and sleep apnea.

It is free.
