Hallo from Germany.I'm looking for someone who has any experience with Eril Inj.S (Fasudil hydrochloride hydrate) - it is a drug against Parkinson produced in Japan.
In Germany it is not allowed to use.

Hello Michael, I use APOKYN which is Apomorphine Hydrochloride Injection(Epi pen) If this is what you are asking about ,it has given me my life back.I use .04 and you can inject up to 5 times daily. I had difficulty walking. I work a full 8 hour day and Apokyn was the miracle I was praying for. I use this in conjunction with 6mg. Neupro patch and 25/100 sinement. I hope this information helps. Kathleen, could you provide more info about this treatment? Do you have a prescription for this? I don't know if Faudil has some relationship to APOKLYN or not. Despite trying to read everything I can get my hands on regarding PD, I have never heard of APOKYN before. i APPRECIATE whatever enlightenment you can provide.
Fasudil is being tested in a study by Dr. Caryl Sortwell at Michigan State University right now, thanks to a Michael J Fox grant. I don't know the current status, but "jeffjenings" had an interesting and informative Fasudil post on thissite back on January 11, 2012. I don't know if his post is still accessible.
