Rainy Days.

If you must know: rainy days don't help much. PD seems to be able to tap into our deep well of nuisances. Complaining about and listing our PD symptoms all of the time is bad. It creates personal conflict. Like when we obsess about the Shakes until we start shaking. It's the old chicken and egg thing. Which DID come first? The Shakes or thinking about The Shakes? What we need to do is find a way to avoid conflict completely. Rainy days just make it hard to come up with a plan.
