Acupuncture seemed to balance my body more and improved my coordination. Best I think to use a recommended chinese practitioner.

I wear the balance bracelets, and also magnet. I know it helps my balance. Also if I am going to the market and doing a lot of walking, i have the magnet shoe pads I put into my shoes. seems to give me more energy. I took them off a few weeks ago, and when I got up in the middle of the night I almost fell over. So I immediately put them back on. They are not pretty but they sure help me.
