Do what you can with what you have,where you are

Do something today that refelects who you are,what you are capable.Give your self evidence of what you can do and you will not doubt your abilities to do anything

WE don't get better we just have better days. When I have a bad day I just keep thinking tomorrow will be better and if it isn't then the next day will be better. When I have a better day it is so much better than before I had Pd. I foret that I am ill I forget the bad days I feel free, I am free
