Congratulations, Andy on your job! That is awesome that you are working with people with special needs:). It takes a special person to work with, have the love and. patience for them. I have 9 yr old son with Down Syndrome and it is a job that I don't feel equipped for at all expecially have PD myself. I am fairly new to your blog site and you have been of great encouragement to me. I am thankful they will work around seeing your 3 kids!! Good Luck!!!!

Congrats Andy--glad your new employer saw the compassion in you and is willing to work around your personal schedule. You will certainly be an asset to their organization and an inspiration to clients.
HOW THRILLING!! I'm sure you will make a significant contribution to the well-being of your new employers. Isn't that worth more than its weight in gold???
