At times my legs feel like rubber and kind of shakey. Is that a new PD symptom?

Everyone can have such different symptoms...the two that you mention here don't surprise me. I have restless legs which is very shaky but I have also had both knees replaced am constantly moving my legs and often time at the end of the day they can feel like rubber. Do you keep a notebook of symptoms...first noticed...worst dys & times etc. to talk about with your dr. I just started the notebook and find it helpful to have a record of "this happened when" and how I felt at the time...tired...out all day..sitting too much...Keep posting here and let us know how you are doing...casey in NH

Mine happen when I am standing still, like at the sink doing dishes. I lean against the counter for support. My legs feel fine while I am walking or sitting.

I also have RLS some night, mostly when I haven't exercised.

Thanks for your reply.

I have the same issue, like in the morning while brushing my teeth I will lean against the wall for support for my legs are going crazy. I have gait freezing issues but that does not make your legs rubbery so it is something else going on.

At night no RLS but cramping like holy smokers!!!

See you are in Fl, I live in Clermont near Orlando

When I stand on my legs too long they feel weak and rubbery as well as if I I am walking. I start to lose my balance alot so I just carry a cane. I told my kids its a fasion statement and they just laugh at me. They keep me going when I get down. They are always there for me and come and do things for me sometimes. Most of the time I try to do things myself but these legs of mine don't always cooperate.

I had always assumed that Restless Leg Syndrome was only at night.

Could this be a symptom of RLS?
