Im just dense I guess but there is SO much research into "detecting Parkinson's earlier" what is the benefit? If it can't be stopped or cured who cares when it's diagnosed? Shouldn't more of these resources be used for better treatments or even a cure?

By early detection one can start exercise timely which is the only thing proven to slow down the progression
