I found this to be interesting as it support other research regarding nicotine. I currently microdose 3mg nicotine daily via 2L water. Would like to hear if anyone else is using nicotine in addition to thoughts regarding nicotine therapy via water delivery.

"A nicotine-rich diet includes foods that contain nicotine, such as plants from the Solanaceae family, also known as nightshade plants, and tea:

Solanaceae family plants: These plants include tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, and peppers:

Tomatoes: Contain about 332 ng of nicotine per tomato

Potatoes: Contain about 675 ng of nicotine per potato

Eggplants: Contain about 525 ng of nicotine per eggplant

Peppers: Contain about 6.5 μg of nicotine per kg

Tea: Contains about 4 μg of nicotine per liter of brewed tea "
